I worked in the tourism and hospitality industry at Valley Forge Tourism & Convention Board (VFTCB) from March 2017 to August 2021 and started as a graphic designer. I started as an intern and finished my time with the Board as a Creative Manager.

My role at the Tourism Board involved with hundreds of tourism related projects. I spent time working with a creative team of individuals to strategize marketing campaigns and events. Some specific project examples:

• Managed the visual consistency of brand-initiatives within the company's portfolio

• Spearheaded the layout and design of numerous annual publications

• Crafted a logo design and identity for Montco Makers, an initiative designed to promote Montgomery County, PA's breweries, distilleries, and wineries

• Created Event logos, identities, digital and printed visuals for event attendees

• Photographed runners at Rev Run, a 5-K run and walk hosted at Valley Forge National Historical Park

My experience in the creative field goes beyond designing. Team management, Photography, and Digital Art are also skillsets I have aggressively developed. I've photographed company events as well as developing the creative direction of numerous large scale VFTCB projects including the original 2020 redesign of the Valley Forge & Montgomery County, PA Wall Graphics inside Valley Forge National Historical Park's Visitor Center.

I have continued my professional career in Marketing and Graphic Design at the Lancaster Chamber as a Marketing and Communications Specialist. My role at the Chamber involves photographing many of the Chamber's networking and business events. Some of those events include:

• Discovering Paths Mentoring Program: A program built for High School students to explore countless different careers though professional mentorship, educational site visits, and volunteering.

• Professional Women's Forum: An annual event that connects women in the workplace to an all day event featuring various speakers, courses, professional development, and networking opportunities.

• Various Industry Tours: a unique opportunity to learn more about the inner workings of the host business, including requirements to serve the industry.
